Though I know it was no fault of the company, the serviceman Rene left not only without fixing the toilet, but actually left it in worse condition than before. He was just supposed to fix a minor clean-water leak that was occurring around the base of the toilet. Now, the toilet will not flush at ALL. There is zero flush pressure/ability, so the toilet has been rendered unusable despite flushing perfectly before. I just don't understand why he couldn't have at least restored it to the condition it was in when he arrived. It was also very messy around the area and he threw my toilet brush in the trash can, which I don't understand. I'm just disappointed and back to square one without a usable toilet.
