Jim has spent over twenty-five years developing oceanfront residential properties as well as single-family residential subdivisions. His properties and brokerage organizations are responsible for over five hundred million dollars in sales volume.
Through his Volusia Properties development and brokerage business, he built and sold seven luxury oceanfront properties in the Daytona/Ponce Inlet area alone.
Prior to the resort property business, he was responsible for building nearly six hundred entry-level homes in Central Florida.
Jim is also a licensed Community Association Manager and set up over ten associations in the last twelve years.
