With over 16 years of experience in the rental and property management industry, Rebecca has developed a strong expertise in overseeing the management of long-term rental portfolios and building lasting relationships with tenants and property owners alike. As the Long-Term Rental Department Manager at Oceans Luxury Realty, Rebecca leads a team of 5 property managers dedicated to providing exceptional service and managing properties with efficiency, integrity, and a keen eye for detail. Rebecca’s background includes a deep understanding of market trends, tenant relations, and lease management, enabling them to maximize profitability for clients while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. She is also highly skilled in the negotiation and execution of leases, maintenance coordination, and managing tenant inquiries and concerns.

Rebecca takes a hands-on approach even in challenging circumstances such as assisting our clients in overcoming the impact of hurricanes in the area and managing the COVID-19 pandemic. During the pandemic she was instrumental in providing all tenants with information on assistance programs, resulting in all owners continuing to receive monthly revenue during a time when so many did not. Additionally, Rebecca has successfully implemented new software systems over the years to increase operational efficiency and helped the team transition to Go Green by creating a paperless environment.

Through effective leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement, Rebecca has driven growth in the department, streamlining operations, optimizing rental processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. A proactive problem solver and communicator, Rebecca is passionate about providing a seamless and hassle-free experience for both property owners and tenants.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage daughter doing anything that takes them outdoors and on adventures together.
