Professional Property Management Answers
How Can I Schedule a Showing?
Our listings are full of important information. Not only do we share property details and location data, we also tell prospective renters what it will cost to move in. When you’re ready to see a home, contact us by phone or email and we’ll schedule a showing that’s convenient for you.
Are Pets Allowed?
That depends on the property. When you view a listing, you’ll get information on whether pets are allowed, considered, and what restrictions may come with pets for that particular property.
How Do I Apply?
When you’re ready to apply for a rental home, you’ll get a link to an online application. Gather your rental history, your income verification, and your contact information for references. The application fee for most of our rental homes is $50.
I Have Been Approved. Now What?
Great! We’ll schedule a move-in date, and we’ll also talk to you about the lease and its requirements and collect the move-in funds, which include the security deposit and any associated fees.
What is the Residents Benefit Package?
All residents are offered the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for an additional $50.00/month which includes renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! Flood insurance is purchased through NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program) and is managed by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency). Details are provided when you apply.
How is Maintenance Handled?
You can expect responsive maintenance and 24-hour emergency service. Simply make a routine maintenance request through your online portal. Prompt attention to service requests and reliable repairs from trusted vendors are guaranteed by your management team.
How Does Communication Work?
Your property management team is your first point of contact. We provide transparent policies and clear expectations, all of which can be found in your Tenant Handbook. We know that open communication leads to positive rental experiences.
