How Quickly Will You Rent My Home?

How Do You Screen Tenants?
Our screening process is fair and consistent and also compliant with all fair housing laws. We check credit histories and reports, review national criminal and eviction records, verify employment and income, and establish a rental history by checking references.
Will You Provide a Written Lease Agreement?
A lease protects your investment and your profitability. We write a lease agreement that references rent collection, maintenance procedures, rules, regulations, policies, and requirements. We also provide tenants with a handbook, which reinforces everything the lease requires.
What If a Tenant Violates the Lease?
We are consistent in enforcing the lease agreement. If something happens, we bring the tenant into compliance immediately and if they won’t work with us, we prepare for eviction. This is rare, because we explain all of our expectations to tenants before they even move in.
Do You Use Technology?

How Will I Receive My Rent?
We are set up to pay you your rent electronically with a direct deposit into your bank account. You will also receive a statement that reflects your income and expenses for the month. Check your online owner’s portal for updated financial reports and statements.
What If There’s a Maintenance Emergency?
Tenants are instructed to call our emergency hotline if there’s a problem that endangers humans or property. We respond right away and notify you immediately.
What If There’s a Basic Maintenance Request?
Maintenance requests are made online by tenants, through our website. We evaluate the problem, decide on a course of action, and dispatch a vendor. We will discuss all options and costs with you before approving any work.
